Taxonomy According to Schmidt (1880), this species has "disc spicules" (= aspidasters) similar to the ones he described in Penares euastrum (Schmidt, 1868), so Stellettinopsis euastrum may also be an Erylus species. The type needs to be re-examined. [details]
