Status Junior homonym of Succinea debilis Pfeiffer, 1859. Ping (1931) introduced Succinea hopeiensis as replacement name. According to Yen (1943), the species is a junior synonym of Succinea pfeifferi Rossmässler, 1835, which itself is presently considered a synonym of Oxyloma elegans (Risso, 1826). [details]
