Diagnosis Solitary. Calice distally tube-like. Septal blades compact, fading in the calice; septal spines lacking. Columella solid, fibrous. Wall built of fibres organized into scaly units (squamae). Wall in continuation with septal tissue. Endotheca lacking. [details]
