Etymology "The specific name refers to the Brazilian folklore character, Saci, which is associated with whirlwinds. Thus, establishing a “New zealand-Brazil” relationship through the name of the genus that comes from Tereo Mâori “Âwhiowhio”, which means whirlwind" [details]
