Recent collecting in shallow waters of Thailand has revealed a number of tanaidacean species. three of which are previously undescribed. Two new apseudomorph species, one in each of the genera Bunakenia and Saltipedis, are described from shallow water seagrass beds at Ranong, together with an indeterminable species of Pakistanapseudes. Sexual dimorphism is described in Saltipedis for the first time. A new brackish-water tanaidomorph of the genus Nesotunais is described from Songkhla Lake in the Gulf of Thailand. Kalliapseudes tomiokaensis, previously known from Japan, is recorded for the second time. Kulliapseudes makrothrix is recorded from the Andaman Sea sublittoral and, from examination of this specimen, Persian Gulf material and the literature. K. rnukrothrixoides and K. borcei are synonymized with K. makrothrix. The subgenus Kalliapseudop.si,s is no longer considered distinct from the nominate subgenus Kalliapseudes. An updated key to the species of the Kalliapseudidae is presented.
