Type locality Kuala Ibai lagoon, (05°17.198'N, 103°10.194'E) and estuary 5.2797 N, 103.169 E (05°16.780'N, 103°10.137'E), Terengganu, East coast Peninsular Malaysia. As the type locality is said to be the river, the geolocation of the holotype is assumed to be that given for the estuary, but possibly it is not known which site (estuary or lagoon) the holotype came from. [details]
