Description Colonies are meandroid, either flat-topped or dome-shaped. Valleys are wide. A groove usually runs along the top of the walls. Septa are large with very long teeth. Columella centres are broad and compact. Polyps are extended only at night. (Veron, 1986 <57>) [details]
