Description Description from the holotype: disc diameter 5 mm. Arm length about 6 times the disc diameter. Edge of the disc not sharp and without differentiated scales. Relatively small radial shields, somewhat triangular, not more than twice as long as broad, narrowly separated by 2-3 plates but nearly in contact at their distal ends. Ventral disc scales smaller than the dorsal ones. Oral shields long, spearhead-shaped, proximal angle rounded, broadest near the distal end. Adoral shields fairly broadly contiguous inwarkly with harkly any distal lobe. Four oral papillae in a regular, continuous, straight line. Infradental papilla very deep. Oral tentacle scale absent. Dorsal arm plates wide, proximally in contact, lateral angles rounded, distal edge more or less concave. Three arm spines, flattened and blunt. Two large tentacle scales, the distal larger. Ventral arm plates pentagonal, wider than long, distal edge concave, the first new plates not contiguous. White colour when dried, many brown rings on the arms, except the basal third; the rings occupy 1-2 articles and may be reduced to spots of variable size (Tortonese, 1980). [details]
Remark Only known from the holotype type locality: Sar Uanle, Somalia (Tortonese, 1980). [details]
