description Heterometra with enlarged proximal pinnules stout; cylindrical segments with everted and finely spinous distal ends; in fully developed specimens P2 is longest, of 22-35 segments. Cirri 17-30 mm long, of 28-38 segments; a few cirrals about as long as broad or slightly longer; distal cirrals about 1.3x broader than long, with long sharp aboral spine on ninth-twelvth and following cirrals. Arms 20-28, 50-140 mm long. Disk plated, especially on and around the anal papilla. [details]
