49 species of polychaetous annelids have been found by 48 dredgings and trawlings around Madagascar, which 33 were at bathyal levels, from 200 to 1550 meters. Two species are new for science: Eunice insolita and Pseudoninoe tulearensis. A diagnosis is given. In the third part, we have the list of the 49 species, with stations and some notes.
