Diagnosis Test discoidal, proloculus followed by enrolled undivided tubular second chamber that is involutely coiled, whorls aligned to oscillating, floor of chambers convex; wall with thick microgranular inner layer, including lateral thickening or contreforts and with outer radial layer completely obscuring the axial region.
