Diagnosis Test discoidal to ovate in outline, flattened, numerous chambers per whorl in a rapidly enlarging planispiral coil, septa gently arched at the midpoint on the flattened sides; wall agglutinated, compact and homogeneous; aperture a series of areal pores aligned vertically up the apertural face and reflected in thin section by the multiple passages through the septa.
