Diagnosis Test planispirally enrolled, compressed, involute in the early stage, later with a tendency to uncoil and become rectilinear; wall agglutinated of calcareous particles mixed with quartz, imperforate epidermal layer covering a shallow alveolar layer in which the alveoles may bifurcate, septa solid, thickened septal base against the previous whorl forming a triangular mound at the position of the septum as seen in median section; aperture elongate, terminal, a straight to zigzag slit.
