Description Multiple stubby fan-like branches, 3-4 cm wide, 5-10 cm long, loosely attached to substrate. Surface tuberculate, punctured with deep holes and irregular furrows. Body tough, flexible, gritty; colour rich dark brown orange. Habitat: shallow fringing reefs, lagoons. Distribution: SE Asia. Similar to Axinella carteri (Richmond, 1997). [details]
