Description Also distributed in SE Arabia, Persian Gulf, Maldive area, Ceylon, East Indies, north Australia, Philippine, China and south Japan (Clark & Rowe, 1971); Australia (Rowe & Gates, 1995).
Ecology: benthic, inshore, continental shelf, continental slope. General distribution: tropical, Indo-west-central Pacific Ocean, depth range 5-350 m. (Rowe & Gates, 1995). [details]
