This is the fifth fascicle of the series and deals with the polychaete families Pisionidae, Chrysopetalidae, Amphinomidae e Euphrosinidae which are represented in the Brazilian coast respectively by 1 , 5, 9 and 2 species. The specimens of all the species examined are deposited in the Collection of the Departamento de Zoologia. Instituto de Biologia of the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), Campinas. São Paulo.
