Distribution Found in very shallow locations .It appeared in high numbers at the highest subtidal locations and was never observed below the depth of 4 m. The highest numbers of the species were found at the depth between 1 and 2 m. It was found mostly on vertical walls rather than horizontal, overhanging or ascending substrates. It usually grew on barren rocks, occasionallly near living corals. [details]
