The polychaetous annelids here described were collected by the U. S. Fish Commission steamer Albatross, in 1902, in the vicinity of the Hawaiian Islands. In addition, a single specimen (Terebella sp.) from Pago-Pago, Samoa, and a number of specimens collected in 1903 off the coast of California are described in this report.
