Diagnosis Test with two chambers per whorl, five or more chambers visible externally in the adult; early chamber arrangement quinqueloculine, later chambers may be added in fewer or more than five planes; chamber interior not subdivided; aperture at the end of the final chamber, rounded, or with flap, simple or complex tooth.
