Once again known regularity saying, characters aim to keep their position in the rage of other characters according increasement or decreasement of Variability Coefficient (VC) in samples from one or several populations, is confirmed on the base of VC comparison of eight relative plastic characters. However, the kind of relationship persists only when VC is enough unchangeable. Abrupt changes of latter bring about the change of position in a rage. The cause of regular position of characters is seen ill reverse proportionality between VC and mean of a character.
