Description Simple discoid coral. Upper face convex with exsert radial elements. Lower face covered with a striated and folded wall of endothecal origin. Elliptical central fossa with a small parietal columella. Radial elements are compact costo-septa. Distal and outer edge with sharp, equal and regularly spaced teeth. Lateral faces are ornamented with carinae perpendicular to the distal edge. Radial hexameral symmetry. Endotheca made of wide, distally arched dissepiments occupying almost all the length of interseptal chambers but not crossing the axial cavity. No synapticule. [details]

Diagnosis Like Montlivaltia but a weak parietal columella with a chicoraceous top and dissepiments raised upward at the periphery of the corallite. [details]
