Vexillum flaveoricum n. sp. is described from Palawan in the Philippines and is compared with V. plicarium (Linnaeus, 1758), V. pullatum (Reeve, 1844) and V. albofulvum Herrmann, 2007. Remarks are made on V. balteolatum (Reeve, 1844), V. pullatum (Reeve, 1844) and V. umbrosum (Sowerby II & III, 1874), often treated as synonyms of V. plicarium. Vexillum nivale n. sp. is described from southern Palawan (Balabac) ranging to northern Malaysia. It is compared with V. pedroi Poppe & Tagaro, 2006 and V. filiareginae (Cate, 1961). The identity of V. citrinum (Gmelin, 1791) and its relationship to V. regina (Sowerby, 1828) and V. filiareginae is cleared up.
