Homonymy Junior homonym to Polymnia Mulsant & Verreaux, 1866, in Aves. Replacement name Eupolymnia was introduced by Verrill, 1900. There is also a Plantae Polymnia genus of Linnaeus in Compositae named in 1753 in 'Species Plantarum'. Trans-regnum names do not compete for availability. [details]
