In the course of investigations on the Polychaeta fauna of Cebu (Rosito 1980; in prep.) some species were found to live in association with animals belonging to different phyla. The present paper describes three such species from the intertidal or shallow subtidal zones off Cebu and adjacent islands. They were collected during an intensive course conducted by the senior author at the University of San Carlos from August to September, 1980.
