Diagnosis Early stage irregularly enrolled, probably streptospiral, later planispiral, with welldeveloped septa and chambers, final chambers uncoiling and rectilinear; wall calcareous, microgranular to granular, single layered or with a slight tendency toward differentiation; aperture areal, at least in the final whorl and terminal in the uncoiled portion.
