Diagnosis Test with rounded proloculus followed by rapidly expanding tubular second chamber that may be arcuate or loosely planispirally coiled and tending to uncoil, strongly compressed laterally; wall of agglutinated sponge spicule fragments, quartz grains and volcanic ash; aperture a slit at the open end of the tubular chamber.
