Etymology The specific epithet pseudotriloba is composed by the prefix of Greek origin pseudo-, meaning 'false' or 'fake', followed by the specific epithet of Loimia triloba Hutchings & Glasby, 1988, making reference to the similarities between the two species, with both taxa having lobes on segment 4. [details]
Habitat Dead coral rubble and among scraped algae from reef flat, at shallow water. [details]
