Taxonomy Composetia was erected as a subgenus of Ceratonereis by Hartmann-Schröder, 1985 with type species Nereis costae Grube, 1840. The review of Villalobos-Guerrero et al (2022) provided a key to Composetia which includes only eight species. The status of a number of species described when Composetia was a subgenus remains to be clarified. See Table 2 of Villalobos-Guerrero et al (2022). [details]

Taxonomy Composetia was erected as a subgenus of Ceratonereis by Hartmann-Schröder, 1985 with type species Nereis costae Grube, 1840. The review of Villalobos-Guerrero et al (2022) provided a key to Composetia which includes only eight species. The status of a number of species described when Composetia was a subgenus remains to be clarified. See Table 2 of Villalobos-Guerrero et al (2022). [details]
