Diagnosis Test conical, proloculus followed by tubular enrolled second chamber, early whorls streptospirally enrolled, later forming a high trochospiral that may be slightly irregular, surrounding a large central area that is filled with microgranular shell material; wall calcareous, microgranular, dark, stated to be single layered but original figure of the holotype appears to show a differentiated outer layer; aperture at the open end of the tubular chamber.
