Homonymy Burton (1930: 503) re-examined Arnesen's material of Hamigera stiptataa and concluded that it belonged to Lissodendoryx. Its transfer to that genus caused the combination to become a senior secondary homonym of the present combination Lissodendoryx stipitata Lundbeck, 1905. However, Burton also concluded that the two names concern the same species, thus removing the homonymy. [details]From other sources
