Bucephalus arabiansis sp. nov. (Trematoda: Bucephalidae) has been described from the intestine of a marine fish Caranx nigripinnis (Cuv. & Val.) on the basis several differences from the known taxa of the genus. It has been erected as a new species from the locality and the host.
