The Middle and Upper carboniferous fusulinids dealt with in this paper were discovered from the Nadanhada Range, eastern Heilongjiang. The Middle Carboniferous Erlianqiao Formation carries Fusulinella, Profusulinella, Millerella, Eostaffella, etc.; while the Upper Carboniferous Banmiaogou Formation yields Triticites, Pseudoschwagerina, Paraschwagerina, Chalaroschwagerina, Schwagerina, etc. In this paper 10 genera and 22 species, including 2 new species are described. Schwagerina nadanhadaensis sp. nov. (Pl. II, fig. 6) Shell moderate, shortly fusiform, consisting of 7 volutions, 3.47 mm. in length and 1.13 mm. in width, giving a form ratio of 2.28:1. Width of lst-7th volutions about 0.20, 0.27, 0.38, 0.55, 0.75, 1.13 and 1.53 mm. respectively. Spirotheca composed of a tectum and a finely alveolar keriotheca. Thickness of spirotheca from the 1st to 7th volutions about 0.018, 0.018, 0.027, 0.036, 0.036, 0.044, 0.055 mm. respectively. Septa strongly and regularly fluted, with high septal folds. Chomata absent. Axial fillings very heavy, occurring in all volutions. Proloculus spherical, about 0.10 mm. in outer diameter. Chalaroschwagerina simplex sp. nov. (Pl. II, figs. 1-3) Shell moderate and fusiform. Mature specimen with 3.5-4 volutions, 5.46-7.11mm. long and 2.12-2.39 mm. wide, giving a form ratio of 2.27-2.95:1. First volution tightly coiled, outer ones loosely coiled. Width of the first to fourth volutions in the holotype about 0.46, 0.83, 1.45 and 2.39 mm. respectively. Spirotheca composed of a tectum and a keriotheca, Thickness of spiretheca from the lst-4th volutions about 0.018, 0.036, 0.055 and 0.074 mm. respectively. Septa highly and irregularly fluted. Chomata unseen. Proloculus spherical, about 0.42mm. in outer diameter.
