Diagnosis Test small, up to 0.4 mm in length, ovate in outline, with large globular proloculus and tubular planispiral second chamber followed by chambers a half coil in length, early ones in quinqueloculine arrangement, later tending to become planispiral; wall finely agglutinated; aperture circular, at the somewhat produced open end of the final chamber, without a tooth. Holocene; USSR: Caspian and Aral Seas and saline lake in cave in E. Turkmenia, Kirgiz SSR: Lake Issyk-Kul'; N. Africa.
