Taxonomy Lehnert & Stone (2011) moved Tetilla serica Lebwohl (1914) to Craniella serica, without any revision of type material or even arguments to support this reallocation. It is therefore refused here. Furthermore, the original description clearly states that there is no organic fibrillar or skeletal cortex (as we should expect from a Craniella species). [details]
