From editor or global species database
Nomenclature This combination was suggested by the World Porifera Database (editor Van Soest) in 2009. After the publication of Henkel & Janussen (2011), where it was revealed that Burton's species was identical to what was described as Celtodoryx girardae from Western Europe, the species was transferred to Celtodoryx. Henkel & Janussen cited the unpublished World Porifera Database combination in theor paper, thus making it a published synonym. [details]
