Diagnosis Physonectae with two forms of tentilla on the same tentacle; the more proximal one with a spirally coiled cnidoband, transforming into the second more distal form, with a zigzagged cnidoband. Nectosome ventral; pallial canal with ascending and descending branches. Colonies monoecious. [details]
