Three new records of hydroids from the Chilean side of the Strait of Magellan are dealt with herein: Symplectoscyphus marionesis Millard, 1971 is redescribed, the occurrence of Sertularella implexa (Allman, 1888) in Chile is con?rmed, and the new species Egmundella magellanica sp. nov. is described
