Ruling:- It is hereby ruled that neither (a) Tavola alfabetica delle Conchiglei Adriatiche of Renier (S.A.) nor (b) that author's Prospetto della Classe dei Vermi, each of which is commonly attributed to 1804, was duly published within the meaning of Article 25 of the Regles, and therefore that no name acquired the status of availability by reason of appearing in either of the foregoing works.
