A new WoRMS Steering Committee (SC) has been approved by the WoRMS Editors. Many of the editors said it is a well-balanced representation of expertise.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Kristian Fauchald and Rob van Soest for serving the Steering Committee for several years, and welcome the newcomers: Geoff Read, Jan Mees, Nicole de Voogd, Tammy Horton, Mary Kennedy and Claude De Broyer.
