Pseudoendothyra pseudosphaeroidea (Dutkevich, 1934) in Loeblich and Tappan (1987: pl. 257, figs. 5-7):
The figures given in Loeblich and Tappan (1987) are not of Staffella pseudosphaeroidea Dutkevich, 1934 as indicated but of Staffella preobajenskyi Dutkevich, 1934 (pl. 4, figs. 3-4 = Loeblich and Tappan's (1987) pl. 257, figs. 7-6), and Staffella ivanovi Dutkevich, 1934 (pl. 4, fig. 10 = Loeblich and Tappan's (1987) pl. 257, fig. 5). The holotype of S. pseudosphaeroidea in Loeblich and Tappan (1987) is in fact a paratype of S. preobajenskyi. A confusion between plates 3 and 4 of Dutkevich (1934) occurred.
