Diagnosis Proloculus followed by enrolled undivided tubular chamber with variable coiling, ranging from planispiral to oscillating or sigmoidal as seen in section; microgranular inner wall layer reduced or absent but hyaline radial layer present to well developed, central stellate portion well developed, chamber lumen may be partially filled by secondary deposits, and nodosities and surface rugosities may occur.
