Description are given of Tetrastemma (= Amphiporus) commensalis (T.c.) and Asteronemertes gibsoni (A.g.) detected in ambulacral grooves of starfish of the family Solasteridae. In the first species the rhynchocoel protrudes to the posterior body end, the blind gut has short pockets, the precerebral septa is closed. In the second species the rhynchocoel is 2/3 to 3/4 of the body length, the blind gut is without pockets, the precerebral septa is poorly developed. Both the species are heterosexual and have a strongly developed head gland.
