Prospection of the Polychaete Annelid fauna in several coastal areas of Tunisia has permitted to enumerate an important number of species. Their inventory shall be published progressively. The present paper intends to describe Unanereis zghali, a new species and the first of this genus to be found in the Mediterranean.
