The Author describes a new species of Nereidae, Neanthes sexoculata with three pairs of eyes and a peculiar paragnath's arrangement and of Glyceridae, Hemipodus heterosetosus, with two types of proboscidial papillae and setae which differ in the shaft-head recorded in Tierra del Fuego
