After a description of the lagoons Manche-à-Eau and Belle-Plaine (Guadalupe, French West Indies), the author gives the list of the 3 244 Annelida Polychaeta (67 species) with Scyphoproctus guadalupensis n. sp. An analysis of the faunistic composition and of the coenotic affinity allows a comparison of these two lagoons.
