This note is the second part of a study of the polychaetous annelids off Ivory Coast, dealing with 115 sedentary species. The whole systematic list is based upon more than 10.000 polychaetous annelida divided into 237 species among which 13 are new to science. 220 samples were carried out with different types of dredges and trawls, and were essentially taken off Ivory Coast during the years 1966 to 1970 from 10 to 400 meters depth on the continental shelf and the top of the slope.
