A new species of Kinbergonuphis of Onuphidae is described from Enoshima, Central Japan, under the name of K. enoshimaensis. The genus Kinbergonuphis is newly recorded from Japanese waters. The species is mainly characterized in having hooded, bidentate, pseudocompound hooks in first 7 to 8 setigers.
