The collection of Crinoidea made by Mr Cyril Crossland on the Sudanese coast contains six species, only two of which appear to have been previously recorded from the Red Sea. These six species are described in this article and are the following: Antedon serripinna Carpenter, Antedon parvicirra Carpenter, Antedon marginata Carpenter, Antedon imparipinna Carpenter, Antedon palmate (Muller) and Antedon savignyi (Muller).
