This paper documents the presence of four species of syllids from Isla María Madre, Nayarit, México. Two of them are described as new for science: Odontosyllis heterodonta n. sp. and Pseudosyllides mexicana n. sp. Autolytus prolifer and Pionosyllis luquei are for the first time recorded in the Pacific. A key of the syllids of the mexican pacific coast are shown.
