Pedocotyle annakohni sp. nov. and Pedocotyle bravoi sp. nov. from the gills of S. minor off the coast of central Peru are described and figured, each based on 8 specimens. The new species are characterized by the number of hooks in the genital atrium (7-8 in P. annakohni and 9 in P. bravoi), the number of testes (12-17 and 7-8, respectively), the diameters of the clamps, and the arrangement of the sclerites. This is the first record of this genus on the Pacific coast of South America. A key to the 4 species of Pedocotyle is given.
